If you are content with access to a network within your state and emergency rooms when traveling, the advantage plans with co-pays and little to $ 0 premiums may work best for you.
If you want or prefer to have access to places like MAYO CLINIC, JOHNS HOPKINS, MD ANDERSON CANCER CLINIC or live in other states for part of the year - paying for a Supplement/Gap Plan would be your only option.
